Meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Price, the roll was called and Commissioners Price, Breon and Noyce and City Attorney Clark responded. Comm. Moore and Simpson Absent. Meeting was held for the purpose of acting on the appraisers reports for the paving of Tenth Street from Lincoln to Grand; and for the curbing, guttering, and paving of Tenth Street from North Street to Lincoln Avenue. The appraisers report for the paving of Tenth Street from Lincoln to Grand was taken up and read as followst STATE OF KANSAS ) ) SS COUNTY OF SALINE ) Zoe, J. Earl Myatt, John Frederick, and Am. F. Grosser, Jr., being duly and severally sworn according to law, each for himself, does hereby solemnly swear that he is didinterested in any of the property liable to special assessment for the cost of paving Tents Street from Lincoln to Grand Avenue, as more particularly described and provided for in Ordinance Number 5118 of the City of Salina, Kansas, and that each of us will to the best of our judgment and ability make a true and impartial appriisement of all the lots and pieces of ground abutting on such street above mentioned, without regard to the buildings or improvements thereon, for the distance improved as set forth and designated by the Board of Commissioners in the ordinance above mentioned.
