NOVEMBER 13, 1945
Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners November 13, 1945.
Yeeting was called to order by Mayor Moore, the roll was called and Commis-
sioners Moore, Breon, Noyce, Price, and Simpson and City Attorney Byers
responded.
Meeting was held for the purpose of acting on the appraisers reports
for the paving of:
CLARK STREET from .Valnut'Street to Spruce Street,
SPRUCE STREET from Clark Street to College Avenue,
SPRUCE STREET from Phillips Street to College Avenue,
SHERIDAN STREET from Republic Avenue to Wilson Street:,
TWELFTH STREET from North Street to Lincoln Avenuep
fortthe,_curbing, guttering, and paving of:
HANCOCK STREET from Illinois Street to Venango Street.
The appraisers report for the paving of Clark Street from Walnut
Street to Spruce Street was taken up and read as follows:

duly and severally sworn each for himself, does hereby solemnly swear
that he is disinterested in any of the property liable to special assess-
ment for the cost of paving Clark Street from the south line of Walnut
Street to the north line of Spruce Street, as more particularly described
and provided for in Ordinance Number 5107 of the City of Salina, Kansas,
and that each of us will to the best of our judgment and ability make a
trud and impartial appraisment of all the lots and pieces of ground abutting
on such street as above mentioned, without regard to the buildings or
improvements thereon, for the distance improved as set forth and designated
by the Board of Commissioners in the ordinance above mentioned. So help

solemnly swear that he is disinterested in any of the property liable to
special assessment for the cost of curbing, guttering, and paving Hancock
Street from the north line of Illinois Street to the north line of Venango
Street, as more particularly described and provided for in Ordinance Number
5167 of the City of Salina, Kansas, and that each of us will to the best of
our judgment and ability make a true and impartial appraisement of all the
lots and pieces of ground abutting on such street as above mentioned, withput
regard to the buildings or improvements thereon, for the distance improved
as set forth and designated by the Board of Commissioners in the Ordinance
