COXMISS IONERS PROCEEDINGS, SPECIAL MEETING.
COMMISSIONERS ROOM,
SALINA, KANSAS.
OCTOBER 15, 1945
Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners October 15, 1945. Meeting
was called to order by Mayor Moore, the roll was called and Commissioners Moore,
Breon, Price and Simpson responded. Commissioner Noyce and City Attorney Byers
absent.
Meeting was held for the purpose of acting on the appraisers reports for
the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewers Numbered 201 and 203.
The appraisers report for the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewer
Number 201 was taken up and read as follows:

We, J. r'arl Wyatt, John Frederick and Wm. F. Urosser, Jr., being duly
and severally sworn, each for himself, does hereby solemnly swear that he is
disinterested in any of the propertv liable to special assessment for the cost
of constructing Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number 201, in Front Street, from North
Street, south, as moreparticularly de -scribed �1nd provided for in Ordinance Number
5077 of the City of Salina, Kansas, and that each of us will to the best of our
Judgment and ability make a true and impartial appraisement of all the lots and
pieces of ground abutting on such street as above mentioned, without regard to
the buildings or improvements thereon, for the distance improved as set forth and
designated by the Board of Commissioners in the ordinance above mentioned. So
help us God.

Commissioner Price moved that appraisers report for the construction of
Lateral Sanitary Sever Number 201 be adopted as read. Motion adopted.

203 was taken up and read as follows:
