Meeting was called to order by Mayor Moore, the roll was called and Commissioners Moores, Breon, Noyce, Price and Simpson and City Attorney Byers responded. 1 KANSAS AVLEUE FROM Ash to Elm KANSAS AVENUE from a point 500 feet north of Elm to Riverside Boulevard, VENANGO STREET from Sheridan to Merrill, WEST PLACE FROM Elm to Park. The appraisers report for the curbing and guttering Franklin Street from Sheridan to Merrill was taken up and read as follows: STATE OF KANSAS ) ) SS COUNTY OF SALINE) We, J. Earl Wyatt, John Frederick and Wm. F. Grosser, Jr., being duly and severally sworn, each for himself, does hereby solemnly swear that he is disinterested iq any of the property liable to special assessment for the cost of curbing and guttering Franklin Street from the west line of Sheridan Street to the east line of Merrill Street, as more particularly described and provided for in Ordinance i Number 5081 of the City of Salina, Kansas, and that each of us will to the best of our judgment and ability make a true and impartial appraisement of all the lots and pieces of ground abutting on such street as above mentioned, without regard to the buildings or improvements thereon, for the distance improved as set forth and designated by the Board of Comm_ssioners in the ordinance above mentioned.
