Adjourned Meeting of the Board of Commissioner July 17, 1945. Meeting
was called to order by Mayor Moore, the roll was callel and Commissioners Moore,
Breon, Noyce, Price and Simpson responded. City Attorney Byers absent.
The following report was received from the City Planning Commission in
reference to the re -zoning fo the southwest corner of Ninth and Crawford:

Gentlemen:
The matter of re -zoning the propert described
as Lots 1, 3, and 5, on Ninth Street and the East one-half
of Lot 13 on Crawford Avenue, all in Seitz's Second Addi-
tion to this City, having been re -submitted to the City
Planning and Zoning Commission, your Commission met with
the various parties interested in the proposd change this
afternoon at five o'clock P. M. le
j Upon motion duly madee. nd carried, your Commis-
sion recommends that the area above describe be re -zoned
from Class "A" residential to Class "C" Commercial as per
our action of March 26, 1945.

Commissioner Simpson moved that the recommendation of the City Planning
and Zoning Commission be approved and on its final adoption the roll was called and
the following vote was had; Ayes: Moore, Breon, Noyce Price and Simpson (5)
Nays: ( 0 )
City Attorney was instructed to draft the nece sary ordinance for the
re -zoning of the above described property. Motion adopted.
On motion of Commissioner Price the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
