JULY 9, 1945
Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners July 9, 1945. Meeting was
called to order by Mayor Moore, the roll was called and Commissiohers Moore,
Breon, Noyce and Price and City Attorney Byers responded. Commissioner Simpson
absent.
The minutes of t he Regular Meeting of July 2, 1945 were r ead and approved
as read.
Application for taxicab drivers license for the year 1945 received as

Commissioher Noyce moved that applications be approved and license granted.
Motion adopted.
Mayor Moore appointed J. Earl Wyatt, John Frederick and Wm. F. Grosser, Jr.
to act as appraisers in ascertaining the valuation of certain lots and pieees of
ground liable to special assessment for the cost of constructing Lateral Sanitary
Sewer Number 202, in alley east of Fifth Street from Pacific to Euclid.
On motion of Commissioner Price appointments were oonfixmed by the Board
of Commissioners. Motion adopted.
Commissioner Breon moved that the City Manager meet the payroll of July
15th, 1945. Motion adopted.
On motion of Commissioner Breon the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
