Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners April 30, 1945. Meeting was
call9d to order by Mayor Moore, the roll was called and C mmission re Moore, Breon,
Noyce and Price and City Attorney Byers responded. Commissioner Simpson absent.

The minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 16, 1945 were read and approved
as read.
Applications for taxicab drivers license for the year 1945 received as fol-
lows:
Dorothy Marie Cline
On motion of Commissioner Price application was
for day driving only. Motion adopted.
John Crawford
Loren M. Nelson
On motion of Commissioner Price applications we
granted. Motion adopted.
A resolution was introduced for second reading
relating to the curbing, guttering and grading Charles
of Twelfth Street to the east line of Phillips t-reet—,77
On motion of Commissioner Price the resolution -
its final adoption the roll was called and the followin

City Engineer submitted plans and specifications and estimate of cost for
the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number =4 in the alley east of Eleventh
Street from Lincoln to Grand.
On motion of Commissioner Breon the above named lans and specifications were
approved by the Board of Commissioners and the City Cle r was in tructed to advertise
for bids tobe received up to and including Monday, May 7, 1945 at eight o'clock P.M.
Motion adopted.
On motion of -Commissioner Price the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
