Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners February 26, 1945.
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Com-
missioners Morgenstern, Breon, Price and Simpson and City Attorney Byers re-
sponded. Commissioner Moore absent.

The minutes of the Regular Meeting of Februarys 19th, 1945 and Special
Meeting of February 19th, 1945 were read and approved as read.

Combination Gas Fitters and Plumbers Bond was Dresented from Delbert
Wiley Robertson, and on motion of Commissioner Price the same was approved by the
Board of Commissioners.

Trust Deed, with a deposit of $100.00 was received from Grace See Martin,
for the perpetual care of Lot 67, Block "B" (Robert S. See lot) in the Gypsum Hill
Cemetery of Salina, Kansas.
On motion of Commissioner Simpson Trust Deed Was approved by the Board of
Commissioners and the City Treasurer was directed to place the deposit in the
Gypsum Hill Lot Owners Endowment Fund as provided by Ordinance Number 3530 of the
City of Salina, Kansas. Motions, dopted.
A petition was presented asking for the construction of an eight -inch
sewer, serving Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Walker's Addition and Lot 13 of Surveyor's Plat
"G". Petition was approved by the Board of Commissioners.
A petition was presented asking for the curbing, guttering and paving of
Hancock Street from the north line of Illinois Street -to the north line of Venan-
go Street. Approved by the Board of Commissioners.
A resolution was introduced for first reading'entitleds "A Resolution
relating to the curbing, guttering and paving of Hanco k Street from the north
line of Illinois Street tothe north line of Venango Street." Ret6listion was
referred to t he Board of Commissioners.
Commissioner Price moved that the City Manager be authorized to meet the
Payroll for March 1st, 1945. Motion adopted.
On motion of Commissioner Price the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
