COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, SPECIAL MEETING
COMMISSIONERS ROOM,
SALIINA, KANSAS
FEBRUARY 19, 1945
Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners February 19, 1945.
Meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Price the roll was called and Commis-
sioners Price, Breon, Moore and Simpson and City Attorney Byers responded. Com-
missionar Morgenstern absent.
Meeting was held for the purpose of acting on the appraisers report for the
construction of Lateral Sanitary Seger Number 199 on Hancock Street from Venango
Street to Republic Avenue.
The appraisers report for the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number
199, on Hancock Street from Venango Street to Republic Avenue was taken up and
read as followss

We, J. Earl !Wyatt, John Frederick and Wm. F. Orosser, Jr., being duly and
severally sworn, each for himself, does hereby solemnly swear that he is disinter-
ested in any of the property liable to specialassessmerit for the cost of constructing
Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number 199,.in Hancock Street from Venango to Republic, in
the Z�ity of Salina, Kansas, as more particularly described and provided for in
Ordinance Number 5072 of the City of Salina, Kansas, and that each of us will to the
best of our judgment and ability make a true and impartial appraisement of all the
lots and pieces of ground abutting on such street as above mentioned, without re-
gard to the buildings or improvements thereon, for the distance improved as set
forth and designated by the Board of Commissioners in the ordinance above mentioned.

Commissioner Moore moved that the appraisers report for the construction of
Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number 199, in Hancock Street from Venango Street to Republic
Avenue be adopted as read. Motion adopted.
