COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, SPECIAL MEETING
COMMISSIONERS ROOM,
SALINA, KANSAS.
FEBRUARY 5, 1945.
Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners February 5, 1945. Meeting was
called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Coam:issioners Morgen-
stern, Breon, Moore, Price and Simpson and City Attorney Byers responded.
The meeting was held for the purpose of acting on the appraisers report for
the paving of Park Street from the Missouri Pacific Railroad, east to connect with
existing brick pavement.
The appraisers report for the paving of Park Street from the Missouri Pacific
Railroad east to connect with existing brick pavement was taken up and read as
follows:

We, J. Earl Wyatt, John Frederick and lam. F. Grosser, Jr., being duly and
severally sworn each for himself, does hereby solemnly swear that he is disinter-
ested in any of the property liable to special assessment for the cost of paving
Park Street from the Missouri Pacific Railroad, east to existing pavement, in the
City Of Salina, Kansas, as more particularly described and provided for in Ordinance
Number 5073 of the City of Salina, Kansas, and that each of us will to the best of
our judgment and ability make a true and impartial appraisement of all the lots
and pieces of ground abutting on such street as above mentioned, without regard
to the buildings or improvements thereon, for the distance improved as set forth and
designated by the Board of Commissioners in the ordinance above mentioned. So
help us God.

the property liable to special assessment for the cost of paving Park Street from
the Missouri Pacific Railroad east to the existing pavement, in the City of Salina,
Kansas, as more particularly described and provided for in Ordinance Number 5073
of the City of Salina, Kansas, have appraised the properties hereinafter mentioned
at the values set opposite thereto, to -wit:

On motion of Commissioner Price the appraisers report for the paving of
Park Street from the Missouri Pacific Railroad, east to existing brick pavement
was adopted as read. Motion adopted.
