Meeting was called to order by mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Commissioners Morgen- stern, Elliott and Price responded. Commissioners Breon and Moor and City Attorney i Byers absent. Special Meeting was held for the purpose of acting on the appraisers reports for { the paving of; Highland Circle from Republic Avenue to Beloit Avenue, i I Republic Avenue from Eleventh Street to Sherman Street. i I ' The appraisers report for the paving of Highland Circle from Republic avenue to j Beloit Avenue was taken up and read as follows: I STATE OF KANSAS I SS COUNTY OF SALINE ) We. J. Earl Wyatt, John Frederick and Wm. F. Grosser, Jr.,being duly and severally sworn according to law, each for himself, does hereby solemnly wear that he is dis- interested in any of the property liable to special assessment for the cost of paving Highland Circle from the south line of Republic Avenue to the north line of Beloit Avenue, in tete City of Salina, Kansas, as more particularly deset3bed and provided for in Ordinance No. 5063 of the City of Salina, Kansas, and that each of us will to the best of our judgment and ability make a true and impartial appraisement of all the lots and pieces of ground abutting on such street as above mentioned, without regard to the buildings and improvements thereon, for the distance improved as set forth and designated by the Board of Commissioners in the ordinance above mentioned.
