NOVEMBER 13, 1944
Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners November 13, 1944. Meeting
was called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Commissioners
Morgenstern, Elliott and Price responded. Commissioners Breon and Moore and City
Attorney Byers absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 6, 1944 were read and approved
as read.
City Engineer submitted a change of plan for the paving of Park Street west
of the Missouri Pacific Railroad tracks. On motion of Commissioner Price same was
approved by the Board of Commissioners.
A resolution was introduced for first reading entitled: "A resolution
relating to the paving of Park Street from the Missouri Pacific Railroad tracks
east approximately 45 feet to join the existing brick paving." Resolution
was referred to the Board of Commissioners.
On motion of Commissioner Price the City Manager was authorized to meet the
Payroll of November 15th, 1944. Motion adopted.
On motion of Commissioner Elliott the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
