Meeting was called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Commissioners Morgenstern, Breon and Price responded. Commissioners Elliott and Moore absent. City Attorney Byers present. Special Meeting was held for the purpose of acting on the appraisers reports for the curbing and guttering of: Claflin Avenue from the west line of Ninth Street, west approximately 1016 feet to the west line of Lot 13, Block 1, Evergreen Park Addition; Merrill Street from the south line of Wilson Street to the north line of Republic Avenue; Pershing Street from the south line of Jewell Avenue to the north line of Kirwin Avenue; Republic Avenue (north side) from the west line of 1heridan Street to the east line of Hancock Street; Spruce Street from the east line of College Avenue to the west -line of Phillips Street; and Spruce Street from the arrest line of College Avenue to the east line of the right-of-way of the MT.ssouri Pacific Railroad Company.
