Meeting was called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called
and Commissioners Morgenstern and Price responded. Commissioners
Breon, Elliott and Moore and City Attorney Clark absent.
There being no quorum present, Commissioner Price moved to
adjourn.
