Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners December 31, 1943.
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Com- I
missioners Morgenstern, Elliott and Price and City Attorney Clark responded.
Commissioners Breon and Moore absent.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making appropria-
tion for the payment of certain claims."
On motion of Cc mmissioner Elliott the ordinance was read and adopted
by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following
vote was had; Ayes: Morgenstern, Elliott and Price (3) Nays: (0) Com-
missioners Breon and Moore absent. Mayor approved the ordinance and it is i
numbered A-223.
