Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners December 15, 1943.
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and
Commissioners Morgenstern, Breon and Moore responded. Commissioners Elliott
and Price and City Attorney Clark absent.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making appropriation
for the payment of certain claims."
On motion of Commissioner Breon the ordinance was read and adopted by
sections and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote
was had; Ayes: Morgenstern, Breon and Moore (3) Nays: (0) Commissioners
Elliott and Price absent. Mayor approved the ordinance and it is numbered
A-220.

On motion of Commissioner Breon the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
