COMMISSIONERS ROOM,
SALINA, KANSAS.
JULY 6, 1943.
Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners July 6, 1943.
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Morgenstern, the roll was called and Com-
missioners Morgenstern, Breon and Moore responded. Commissioners Elliott and
Price absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 28, 1943 were read nd
approved as read.
A resolution was introduced for first reading entitled: "A Resolution
relating to the curbing, guttering and grading of Montrose Avenue from
the south line of Morrison Avenue to the north line of Prescott enue. Resolu-
tion was referred tot he Board of Commissioners.
A resolution was introduced for first reading entitled: "A Resolution
relating tot he curbing, guttering and grading of College Avenue from the
south line of Morrison Avenue to the north line o£ Prescot venue." Resolution
was referred to the Board of Commissioners.
A notice to vacate Lot One (1) in Surveyor's Plat "I" in the City of
Salina, Kansas, used by the City for the storage of garbage trucks was received
and referred tot he City Manager.
On motion of Commissioner Moore the Bcard of Commissioners adjourned.
