Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners called by Mayor Stedr:am at
1:30 o'clock P. M. Meeting was called to order by Iviayor Stedham, the roll
was called and Commissioners Stedham, Lindgren, Stephenson and Price responded.
Commissioner Noyce and City Attorney Clark absent.
Business for consideration was the matter of passing on Appliation of
Jo-tiiar Dairies for Oil YVell on Lot 21 Surveyor's Plat iiumber 8.
Motion of Commissioner Stephenson, seconded by Commissioner Lindgren that
final action be carried over until Uctober 21, 1918 at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Carried.
On motion of Commissioner " tephenson the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
