07-05-1948 Minutes349 On motion of Commissioner Price the ordinance was read and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll wa called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Stedham, Lindgren, Noyce and Price (4) Nays: (0) Commissioner Stephenson absent. Mayor approved the ordinance and it is numbered 5320. An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled: "An ordinance providing for and allowing the change of frontage and replatting of certain lots and pieces of real estate, being a part of Lvergreen Park Addition tothe City of Salina, Saline County, riansas." City Manager read a letter from Lloyd Morrison, about his petition for curb- ing and guttering of Kirwin Avenue,from Pershing Street west to City limits.
