On motion of Commissioner Price the ordinance was read and adopted by sections
and on its final adoption the roll wa called and the following vote was had; Ayes:
Stedham, Lindgren, Noyce and Price (4) Nays: (0) Commissioner Stephenson absent.
Mayor approved the ordinance and it is numbered 5320.
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled: "An ordinance
providing for and allowing the change of frontage and replatting of certain lots
and pieces of real estate, being a part of Lvergreen Park Addition tothe City of
Salina, Saline County, riansas."
On motion of Commissioner Lindgren the ordinance tiaras read and adopted by sec-
tions and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had;
Ayes: Stedham, Lindgren, 14oyce and Price (4) Nays: l0) Commissioner Stephenson
absent. I:ayor approved the ordinance and it is numbered 5321.

Commissioner Price moved that City Clerk give notice in the official City
paper of bids to be received up to, and including Monday, July 19th, 1948 at 7:30
o'clock P. It. for the construction of three pumping stations in Salina, Kansas.
Iulotion adopted.
City Manager read a letter from Lloyd Morrison, about his petition for curb-
ing and guttering of Kirwin Avenue,from Pershing Street west to City limits. Property
line is on City limits, necessary for property owners to pay cash or take in City
limits. Referred to City ivianager.
On motion of Commissioner Price the Hoard of dommissioners adjourned.
