Special Meeting of the Bard of Commissioners December 29, 1947. The
roll was called and Commissioner Stephenson responded. Commissioners Noyce,
Lindgren, Price and Stedham and City Attorney Clark absent. No quorum
No persons appeared to protest in regard to appraisers reports for:
Curbing and guttering Illinois Street ` from Sherman Street to
Sheridan Street, and
Curbing, guttering and paving Gypsum Avenue from Delaware "venue to
Missouri Avenue.
There being no quorum action on appraisers reports deferred until
January 5th, 1948.
