Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners Februar: 3s 1947• Meeting
was called to order by Mayor Prices the roll was called and Commissioners Prices
Breons Noyce and Stedham and City Attorney Clark responded. Commissioner Moore
absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 27s 1947 were read and approved
as read.
A petition was presented from the Kent Oil Company, et al.s asking for the
construction of a sanitary sewer in part of Block is North Park Addition. Referred
to the City Manager and City Engineer.

Commissioner Breon moved that application be approved by the Board of Commis-
sioners and license granted for day driving only. Motion adopted.
Thomas H. Smith
Commissioner Breon moved that application be approved and license granted.
Motion adopted.
Applications for Cereal Malt Beverage License for the year 1947 presented
as follows:

Motion adopted.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making appropriation
for the payment of certain claims."
On motion of Commissioner Breon the ordinance was read and adopted by sec-
tions and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had;
Ayes: Prices Breons Noyce and Stedham (4) Nays: (0) Commissioner Moore absent.
Mayor approved the ordinance and it is numbered A-363.
An ordinance was introduced for first reading entitled: "An ordinance provid-
i.:g for the repeal of Ordinance No. 536 of the City of Salina." Ordinance was re-
ferred to the Board of Commissioners.
On motion of Commissioner Breon the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
