Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners December 23, 1946.
Meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Breon, the roll was called and Com-
missioners Breon, Moore and Noyce and City Attorney Clark responded. Commissioners
Price and Simpson absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 16, 1946 wereread and
approved as read.
Application for Cereal Malt Beverage License for the year 1947 presented
as follows:

Commissioner Moore moved that application be approved and license granted.
Motion adopted.
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled: "An ordinance
providing for the regulation of places of b siness wherein cereal malt beverages are
sold at retail for consumption on the premises and providing for the revocation
of the license of any firm, person, partnership, association or any other licensee
for the violation thereof and amending Ordinance No. 4741 of the City of Salina
by enactment of new sections, being Sections 21 and 22 to be added thereto."
On motion of Commissioner Moore the ordinance was read and adopted by
sections and on its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was
had; Ayes: Breon, Moore and Noyce (3) Nays: (0) Commissioners Price and
Simpson absent. Acting Mayor approved the ordinance and it is numbered 5203.
An ordinance was introduced for first reading entitled: "An ordinance
providing for the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina in "N Heavy
Industrial District, as defined by Section 7 of Ordinance No. 3188, and providing
for the proper uses thereof." Ordinance was referred to the Board of Commis-
sioners.
On motion of Commissioner Moore the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
