COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, SPECIAL MEETING.
COMMISSIONERS ROOM,
SALINA, KANSAS.
DECEMBER 12, 1932.
Special meeting of the Board of Commissioners, December 12,
1932. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Stevenson, the roll
was called and Cermnissioners Stevenson, Benfield, Morey, Pafford
and Spaeth responded. City Attorney Norris responded.
The appraisers report for the construction of Lateral Sani-
tary Sewer No. 167 was taken up and read as follows:

severally sworn according to law, each for himself, does hereby
solemnly swear that he is disinterested in any of the property liable
to special assessment for the cost of constructing Lateral Sanitary
Sewer No. 167 as more particularly described and prov a for in
ance o. 4212 of the City of Salina, Kansas, and that each of
us will to the best of our judgment and ability make a true and
impartial appraisement of all the lots and pieces of ground abutting
on such street as above mentioned, without regard to the to the
buildings or improvements thereon, for the distance improved as
set forth and designated by the Board of Commissioners in the ordi-
nance above mentioned. So help me God.

pose of appraising the property liable to special assessments for the
cost of constructing Lateral Sanitary Sewer No. 167 as more particu-
larly described and provided for in Ordinance No. 4212 of the City
Of Salina, Kansas, have appraiser the properties hereinafter men-

COMMISSIONERS ROOM,
SALINA, KANSAS.
DECEMBER 12, 1932.
Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, December 12,
1932. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Stevenson, the roll was
called and Commissioners Stevenson, ,Benfield, Morey, Pafford and
Spaeth responded. City Attorney -Norris absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 7th, 1932,
were read and approved as read*
Application for taxicab license for balance of 1932 received
from Lee Churchmans and on motion of Commissioner Morey same was ap-
proved by the Board of Commissioners.
City Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids for the sale
of $60,090.57 Refunding Bonds, to be received Monday, December 19th,
1932, at 5:00 P. M.
On motion of Commissioner Benfield the Board of Commissioners
adjourned.
Ulty Clerk
City Engineer filed Final Estimate of cost for the construction
of Lateral sanitary Sewer Number 167, and on motion of Commissioner
Morey same was approved by the Board of Commissioners, emotion
adopted.
