Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners October 27,
1932. Mee ting was called.to order by mayor Stevenson, the roll
was called and Commissioners Stevenson, Morey and Spaeth and City
Attorney Norris responded, Commissioners Benfield and Pafford
absent.
Plane-andspecifications and estimate of.cost,for the con-
struction of Lateral Sanitary Sewer No. 167, presented by the City
Engineer.
On motion of Connissioner Morey same were approved by the
Board of Commissioners and the City Clerk was authorized to ad-
vertise for bidsforthe construction of same., to be received up
to and including Mondays October 31st, 1932at5:00 P. M.
On motion of Commissioner Morey the Board of Commissioners
adjourned,
city Cleric.
