COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, REGULAR MMING.
COMMISSIONERS ROOM,
SALINA.. KANSAS.
OCTOBER 130 1932.
Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, October 13,
1932. Meeting was called to order by Actin Mayor Morey, the
roll was called and Commissioners Benfield, forey and Spaeth and
City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioners Stevenson and Pafford
absent.
Storm Sewer Projects No. 24 and No. 17-A were submitted and
approved by.the Board of Public Works.
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled.: "An
ordinance providing for the construction of certain storm sewers in
the GAty of Salina to be desiganated.as Storm Sewers No. 24 and
No. 17-A and providing for the manner of the payment of the cost
thereof.
On motion of Commissioner Spaeth the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called
and the following vote waa had.; Ayes: Benfield, Morey and Spaeth
(3) Nays: (0) Commissioners Stevenson and Pafford absent.
Acting Mayor approved the same and is numbered 4210.
On motion of Commissioner Benfield the Board of Commissioners
adjourned,
