Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners October 10, j
1932. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Stevenson, the roll
{ was called and Commissioners Stevenson, Benfield, Morey, Pafford
and Spaeth responded.& City Attorney Norris.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 3rd, 1932s were
read and approved as read.
Pool Hall application received from Lorin 0. Wilhelm (White Way
Smoker), asking for license for the last half of 1932. !
Commissioner Pafford moved that application be held for consider-
ation for future action.

An ordinance was introduced for first reading entitled: "An
ordinance providing for the construction of certain storm sewers in
the City of Salina to be designated as Storm Sewers No. 24 and
No. 17-A, and providing for the manner of payment of the cost there-
of."
On motion of COMMissioner Benfield same was referred to the j
Board of Commissioners.
A request was received from the Massachusetts Bonding and
Insurance Company asking for the release of Street Excavating Bond
issued to L. F. Woodhull on the first day of September 1931. On
motion release was granted.
On motion of Commissioner Morey the Bra rd of Commissioners
adjourned.
