SEPTEMERR 6.v 1932, Regular meeting of the Board Of Commissioners, September 8,, 1932* Meeting was called to order by Mayor Stevenson, the roll was called and Comatissioners Stevenson, Benfield, Morey, Pafford and Spaeth and City Attorney Norris responded. The minutes Of the Regular Meeting of August 29th, 1932, were read and approved as read. An ordinance was Introduced entitled: "An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain claims." On motion Of Commissioner Spaeth the ordinance was read and adopted by sections and on Its final adoption the roll was called and the following vote was had; Ayes: Stevenson, Benfield, Morey, Pafford and Spaeth (5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the.same and is numbered 4203* City Engineer submitted Estimate No. I to H. J. Taylor Con- struction Company for paving Improvements an Ninth.-Street from Jewell Avenue to Cloud Street, Job No,, 71-A., Contract dated July 15, 1932.
