Meeting was called to order by Mayor Stevenson* the roll was called
and Commissioners Stevenson, by

An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled: "An
ordinance relating..to and apportioning and levying special assess-
ments on certain lots. and pieces of ground in the City of Salina
to pay the cost of curbings guttering and pairing Front Street from

the south line of Walnut Streets south to the sijoVFver in
the City of Salina* KImBaBs and relating to a and providing for the
collection and payment of such assessments*
On motion of Commissioner Spaeth the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called
and the following vote was had; Ayes: StevensOns Morey and Spaeth
(3) Kays: (0) Commissions Bonfield and Pafford absent* mayor
approved the same and is numbered 4188*
An ordinance was introduced for second reading,entitled: "An
ordinance relating to and apportioning and levying special assess-
ments on certain lots and pieces of ground in the City of Salinas
to pay the cost of curbing and guttering, the north side of Republic
Avenue from the west line of Ninth Street to the east line or TO
STreef in the City of Salina, Kansas, and relating.to and providing
for the collection and payment of such assessments*
On motion of Commissioner Spaeth the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called
and the following vote was had; Ayes: Stevenson, Morey and Spaeth
(3) Nays: (0) Commissioners Bonfield and Pafford absent* Mayor
approved the some and is numbered 4189*
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled: "An
ordinance relating to and apportioning and levying special assessments
on certain lots and pieces of ground in the City of Salina to pay the

An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled: "An
ordinance repealing Ordinance Number 4178 of the city of Salina*
On motion of CommissionerMorey the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called and
the folowing vote was had; Ayes: Stevenson, Morey and Spaeth (3)
Nays: to) Commissioners Bonfield and Pafford absent. Mayor ap-
proved the some and is numbered 4191.
