I Regular Meeting of the Board of_Commissioners, dune 14, 1932.
Meeting was called to order by Mayor. Stevenson, the roll was called
and Commissioners Stevenson, Benfield, Morey and Pafford and City
Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner..Spaeth absent.
An ordinance was introduced for first reading entitled: "An
ordinance relating to and fixing the salaries and wages to be
paid to certain officers and employees .of the City of Salina."
On motion of Commissioner Benfield same was referred to the
Board of Commissioners.
A resolution was introduced entitled: "A resolution relating
to Pool Hall fees."
On motion of Commissioner Morey the resolution was adopted as
read and on its final adoption the roll was called and the follow-
; 1ht vote was had; Ayes: Stevenson, Benfield, Morey and Pafford
(4 days: (0) Commissioner Spaeth absent. Mayor approved the
same and is numbered 537.
The above resolution is recorded in full on Page 195 of Reso-
lution Book Number 2.
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled: "An
ordinance relating to the construction of driveways leading to
private premises from streets now or hereafter paved, curbed or
guttered."
On motion of Commissioner Benfield the. ordinance was read and
adopted by sections and on its final adoption therollwas called
and the following vote was had..;. Ages: Stevenson, Benfield, Morey
and Pafford (4) Nags.: (0) Commissioner Spaeth absent. Mayor ap-
proved the same and is numbered 4166.
An ordinance was introduced for first reading entitled:
"An ordinance relating to the constrnction.of storm sewers in the
City of Salina, Kansas., and.declaring.and.designating the entire
City of Salina as one sewer district for the purpose of construct -
Ing storm sewers."

On motion of Commissioner Benfield same was referred to the j
Board of Commissioners.
On motion of Commissioner Morey the Board of Commissioners
adjourned.
