COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, REGULAR MEETING.
COMMISSIONERS ROOM,
SALINA,-KANSAS.
DECEMBER 26, 1933.
Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners December 26,
1933-4 Meeting was called to order by Mayor Stevenson, the roll
was called and Commissioners Stevenson, Morey, Pafford, Peters
and Spaeth and City Attorney Norris responded.
The minutes of the Special Meeting of December 18, 1933;
Regular Meeting of December 18, 1933 and Regular Meeting of Decem-
ber 200 1933, were read and approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making
an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim."

On motion of Commissioner Pafford the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called
and tyle following vote was had; Ayes: Stevenson, Morey, Pafford,
Peters and Spaeth (5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the same and it

An ordinance was introduced for.second reading entitled: "An
ordinance amending Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1976 amended by
Ordinance No. 2949 relating to the registration of dogs and payment
of registration fee therefor."
On motion of Commissioner Morey the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called
and the following vote was had; Aes: Stevenson, Morey, Pafford,
Peters and Spaeth (5) Nags: (0� The Mayor approved the same
and it is numbered 4341.
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled: "An
ordinance amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 4295 relating to
licensing of certain beverages and payment of a license tax there-
for and repealing said original section of said ordinance."
On motion of Commissioner Pafford the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called
and the following vote was had; Ayes: Stevenson, Morey, Pafford,
Peters and Spaeth (5) Nags:(0 Mayor approved the same and
is numbered 4342.
On motion of Commissioner Morey the Board of Commissioners
adjourned to meet in regular session January 2nd, 1934.,
