COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS, REGULAR MEETING

i Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners November 20,
1933. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Stevenson, the roll was
called and Commissioners Stevenson, Pafford, Peters and Spaeth and

City Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner Morey absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 13th, 1933
and Regular Meeting of November 18th, 1933, were read and approved as
I read.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "AR ordinance making an
appropriation for the payment of certain claims.
On motion of Commissioner Spaeth the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called and
the following vote was had; Ayes: Stevenson, Pafford, Peters and
Spaeth (4) bays: (0) Commissioner Morey absent. Mayor approved the
same and is numbered 4324.
j Application for license to sell malt and cereal beverages for
the last quarter of 1933 received from:
P. M. Richardson
Harry Peterson (Merchants Lunch)
Commissioner Spaeth moved that license be granted.
Application No. 100, asking permission to erect a temporary
j cloth sign on front of building occupied by J. C. Penney Stores Company
was received, and on motion of Commissioner Peters same was approved
by the Board of C,'issioners.

Commissioner Spaeth moved that a special permit be issued to
Salina Metal Company to erect a sheet iron building in the 300 block
on North Fourth Street.
C - nissioner Pafford moved that the bond of H. J. Taylor don-
struction Company for Storm Sewer No. 9A, written by the U. S. Fidelity
and Guaranty Company be approved.
On motion of Commissioner Pafford the Board of Commissioners
adjourned.
