Regular. meeting, of the Board of Commissioners November 5th,
1933. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Stevenson, the roll was
called and Commissioners Stevenson, Morey: Pafford, Peters and
Spaeth and City Attorney Norris responded.

The minutes of the Regular Meeting of October 30th, 1933;
and November lst, 19330 were read and approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making
an appropriation for the payment of certain claims."
On motion of Commissioner Morey the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called and
the following vote was had; Ayes: Stevenson, Morey, Pafford, Peters
and Spaeth (5) Nay&: (0) Mayor approved the some and is numbered
4322.
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled:
*An ordinance excluding from the city limits that portion of Leaven-
worth Addition lying west of the center line of Dry Creek."
On motion of Commissioner Pafford the ordinance was read
and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called
and the following vote was had # Ayes: Stevenson, Morey, Pafford,
Peters and Spaeth (5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the same and is
numbered 4323.
j Sign application No. 98s asking permission to erect a
temporary cloth sign on front -of building located at 128 North Santa
Fe Avenue, occupied by Sherrin Bros., was received, and on motion of
Commissioner Spaeth same was approved by the Board of Commissioners
for thirty days only.
City Engineer submitted plans and specifications and esti-
mate of cost for the construction of Storm Sewer No. 9-B and on
motion of Commissioner Pafford the same were adopted and approved
by the Board of Commissioners, and the City Clerk was instructed to
advertise for bids for such sewers to be received up to and inolud-
ing November 27, 1933 at 000 P. M. Motion adopted..._
On motion of Commissioner Pafford the Board of Commissioners
