was called and Gosmissioners Stevenson* Morey,- Pafford, Paulsen
and Spaeth responded. City Attorney Norris absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting.of March 20th, 1933,E
were read and approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making
an appropriation for the payment of certain claims."
on motion of Commissioner Pafford the ordinance was read and
adopted .by sections and on its final adoption the. roll was called
and the following vote was had; Ayes: Stevensons Morey, Pafford,
Paulsen and Spaeth (5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved .the same and is
numbered 4242.
An ordinance was introduced for first reading- .entitled: "An
ordinance providing for the reeurbing of Santa Fe Avenue from the
north line of Ash Street to the north line o _ - tree , and pro-
viding_for the cost thereof A_how the same shall.be.assessed and the
manner of payment therefor.
On motion of Commissioner Spaeth same was referred to the
Board of Commissioners.
Combination Gas Fitters and Plumbers Bond received from Lyon
Plumbing Company, and on motion of Commissioner Spaeth same was ap-
proved by the Board of Commissioners.
Pipe Line license presented from the Missouri Pacific Railroad
Company. On motion of Commissioner Pafford same was approved by the
Board of Commissioners and the Magor and City . Clerk. were authorized
to sign license.
On motion of Commissioner Morey the Board of Commissioners
adjourned*
