Regular meeting of the Board .of Commissioners January 3rd,
1933. Meeting. was called.to order.by.Mayor. Stevenson, the roll
was called and Commissioners &tevenson.,.. Benfield, Morey, Pafford
and Spaeth and City Attorney. Norris responded. j
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 27th, 1932,
were read and approved as reade, i

An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making
an appropriation for the payment of certain claims."
On motion of . Commissioner Spaeth the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections and on . its final.a_dopt.ion. the roll, was called
and the following vote. waa.. had;... _ Ayea t Stevenson, Benfield, Morey,
Pafford.and Spaeth.(5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the same and
is numbered, .4225. 1
Notice. -of cancellation of Taxicab Policy No. 110208 issued
to L. H. Pickett and/or Red .T.op_ Taxicab -Company. was received.
City Clerk was instructed to. notify L. A. Pickett of such
cancellation.
An ordinance was introduce& for. firat reading..entitled: "An
vacating . certai.n..-ortions of the north. aide of North -Street between
Fifth. Street and. ourth .Street, in the City of Salina, Kansas."
On motion. of Commissioner Spaeth. same, was. referred to the
Board of Commissioners.
On motion of Commissioner Pafford the Board of Commissioners i
adjourned.
