' Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, December
27, 1932. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Stevenson, the
roll was called and Commissioners Stevenson, Benfield, Morey,
Pafford and Spaeth and City Attorney Norris responded.
The minutes of the Regular meeting of December 19th, 1932
were read and approved as read.
The matter of re -zoning Lot 98 on the corner of Ninth and
Cloud Streets was taken up. Moved by Commissioner Pafford and
seconded by Commissioner Benfield that the lot be not re -zoned.
On roll call the following vote was had; Ayes: Stevenson,
Benfield, Morey, Pafford and Spaeth (5) Nays: (0).
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled:
"An ordinance relating to and apportioning and levying special
assessments on certain lots and pieces of ground in the City of
Salina, Kansas, to pay the cost of constructing Lateral Sanitary
Sewer No. 167 and providing for the collection and payment of such
assessments."
On motion of Commissioner Morey the ordinance was read and
adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called
and the following vote was had; Ayes: Stevenson, Benfield, Morey,
Pafford and Spaeth (5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the same and
is numbered 4224.
On motion of Commnissioner Morey the Board of Commissioners
adjourned.
