DECEMBER 31, 1934.
Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners December 31,
1934. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Pafford, the roll was
called and Commissioners Pafford, Morey, Peters and Surface and City
Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner Spaeth absent.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 24, 1934,
were read and approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced for first reading entitled: "An
ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3821 relating to the
licensing of pool and billiard tables and payment of license tax
therefor and repealing said original Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3821."
On ration of Commissioner Peters same was referred to the
Board of Commissioners.
On motion of Commissioner Surface the Board of Commissioners
adjourned.
