NOVEMBER 71, 1934.
Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners November 7,
1934. .Meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Pafford, the
roll was called and Commissioners Pafford, Morey, Peters and Spaeth
and City Attorney Norris responded. The vacancy caused by the
death of Commissioner M. A. Stevenson, Mayor, not having been
filled.
City Engineer submitted plans and specifications and esti-
mate of cost for the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number
170. On motion of Commissioner Peters same were adopted and approved
by the Board of Commissioners and the City Clerk was instructed to
advertise for bids to be received up to and including Monday, November

12, 1934.at 5:00 P. M. Motion adopted.
On motion of Commissioner Morey the Board of Commissioners
adjourned.
