neLular meeting of the Board of Commissioners August 212
1934. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Stevenson, the roll I
was called and Commissioners Stevenson, Pafford and Snaeth and City
Attorney Norris responded. Commissioners Morey and Peters absent. '
An ordinance was introduced for second reading entitled:
"An ordinance making a levy of taxes for general revenue and other
purposes by the City of Salina, Kansas, for the year 1935."

On motion of Commissioner Pafford the ordinance was read
and adopted by sections and on its final adoption the roll was called
and the following vote was had; Ayes: Stevenson, Pafford and
Spaeth (3) Nays: (0) Commissioners Morey and Peters absent.
Mayor approved the ordinance and it is numbered 4457.
j On motion of Commissioner Pafford the Board of Commissioners
adjourned.
