Meeting was balled to`,order..-by Mayor Stevenson., the and roll was called Commissioners Stevenson Morey, Pafford, Peters and Spaeth and City Attorney Norris responded, Meeting was held for the purpose of acting on the following appraisers re-toorts: Curbing, guttering and paving Columbia Avenue from Ash Street to Elm Street; Curbing, guttering and paving University Place from Baker Street to Twelfth Street; Re -paving Ninth Street from Ash Street to North Street; Re -curbing Ninth Street from Bishop Street to Pine. Commissioner Spaeth moved that the City Attorney be instructed to proceed to have the nuisance abated at 912 Spruce Street. Motion adopted. i An ordinance was introduced entitled: "An ordinance making an appropriation from the funds of the Water Department for the purchase of a Temporary Note of the City of Salina."
