Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners April 9, 1934.
i Meeting was called to order by Mayor Stevenson, the roll was called

± and Commissioners Stevenson, Morey, Pafford, Peters and Spaeth and
City Attorney Norris responded.
jThe minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 2, 1934, were read
and approved as read.
An ordinance was introduced for first reading entitled: "An
ordinance authorizing the appropriation and transfer of certain funds
from the Waterworks Department to the Public Works Administration
Docket No. 2928, Force Account Fund."
On motion of Commissioner Spaeth same was referred to the
Board of Commissioners.
Application for license to operate a pool hall for the first
six months of 1934 received from W. K. Wilhelm, and on motion of
Commissioner Pafford same was granted by the Board of Commissioners.
On motion of Commiss-ioner Morey the Board of Commissioners
