The matter of rezoning Lots 1-2-3 and 4 on Math Street In
Block 1 and Lots 1-2-3 and 4 on Ninth Street In Block 2 In Evergreen
Park Addition and Lots 74-76-78-80-82-84-86-88-90-92-94-96 and 98
on Ninth Street In the Grounds of the Kansas Wesleyan University from
the "A" Residence Use District to the "C" Commercial Use District was
taken up,, and on motion of Commissioner Peters same was approved by
the Board of Commissioners and the City Attorney was instructed to
prepare an ordinance providing for such changes in the Zoning Ordinance.

ordinance creating a certain fund to be known an "Public Works-.4dminiss.
tration Docket No. 2928 Force Account Fund,, authorizing the 4WI.opria-

above named applicants. Motion carried.
Sign Application No. 106 received from Sherrin Bros* asking
for erection of a sign to be erected on front of building located
at lab North Santa Fe Avenue. On motion of Coassissloner Peters same
was approved by the Board of Commissioners.
S3ga Application No. 107 received from A, J. Sobrader Motor
C ,asking for the erection of a temporary cloth sign on front
of building Located at 191 North Seventh Street* an motion of Coaemis-
sioner Spaeth sane was approved by the Board of Commissioners.
