BE IT RE!-&IMBERED that on this Friday evening., April 5th., 1935
the Board of Commissioners met as a Board of Canvassers (ex -officio;
as provided by law to canvass the votes cast at the Regular
City Elec-
tion held in Salina, Kansas, April 2nd, 1935.
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Pafford, the roll
was
called and Commissioners Pafford, Spaeth, Peters and Surface
and City
Attorney Norris responded. Commissioner I-Plorey absent.
The returns of the City Election were presented by the
City
Clerk and opened by the I-flayor in the presence of the Commissioners
assembled, duly canvassed and the result declared and the
City Clerk

was directed by vote of the Board to spread upon the records
the result
of the canvass which is done as follows:

On motion of Commissioner Surface the report and findings
of the Canvassing Board were received and ordered spread upon
