RESOLUTION NUMBER 04-6082
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH THE D.L. SAMPSON TRUST AND TRIPLETT, INC. FOR
COOPERATIVE LANDSCAPING ON THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a license agreement with the
D.L. Sampson Trust and Triplett, Inc. for cooperative landscaping on the public right-of-way,
subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
