Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners February 10,
1936. Meeting was called to order by Ma yor Peters, the roll was
called and Commissioners Peters, Jackson, Mitchell, Morgenstern and
Surface and City Attorney Norris responded.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 3, 1936;
February 6, 1936 and February 7, 1936, were read and approved as
read.
A resolution was introduced for second reading entitled:
"tA Resolution relating to an extension of time for the completion of a
contract for the construction of Job No, 85, Elevated Water Tank."
On motion of Commissioner Surface the resolution was read
and adopted as read and on its final adoption the roll was called
and the following vote was had; Ayes: Peters, Jackson, Mitchell,
j Morgenstern and Surface (5) Nass: (0) Mayor approved the resolu-
tion and it is numbered 652.

The above resolution is recorded in full on Pages 365 and 366
of Resolution Book Number 2.
Application for taxicab drivers
license received as follow s:
Clifford Watson Louis Borchers
R. Me Akins Chas. R. Miller
Commissioner Surface moved that same be approved by the
Board of Commissioners. motion adopted.
Application for taxicab drivers license received from:
Leonard Mayo.
Commissioner Jackson moved that same be not approved by the
Board of Commissioners. Motion adopted.
Letter from F. C. Norton was presented to the Board of Com- j
missioners, in re: app lication for beer license from D. Be Smith.
Mr. Norton presented the matter to the Board of Commissioners. No
action taken.
City Manager was instructed by the Board of Commissioners to
write Mr. J. J. Vanier in regard to frame storage building erected in
1931 under two year agreement.
On motion of Commissioner Surface the Board of Commissioners
adjourned to meet February 12, 1936 at 1:30 P. M.
