The minutes of the Regular Leeting of June 30, 1)52 and heeting of Board of Zoning Appeals of June 30, 1952 were ead and approved as read. Pursuant to notice published in the Salina Journal bid was received for the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewer Number 284 (Job 289) as follows: H. J. Taylor Construction Company 31192.95 City Lngi.,E er Is Estimate X1222.00 Bid tabulated by City Engineer. • Commissioner icing moved that contract be awarded to H. . Taylor Construction Company as per bid submitted in the amount of �v111.92.95. Lotion adopted. An ordinance was introduced for first reading entitled: "An ordinance ratify- ing and confirming a contra; t with 1I. J.
