wascalled to order by Mayor Earcafer, the roll was called and Commissioners
arcafer, Cobb, King, Price and Ramsey and Assistant City Attorney Yordy responded.
lv:eeting was held for the purpose of acting on the following appraisers
reports:
For curbing, guttering and/or paving certain streets provided for in
Ordinance Numbers 5572, 5573 and 5575 (Engineer Job 275);
• For curbing, guttering and/or paving certain streets provided for in
Ordinance Number 5599 (Engineer Job 280).
For the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewers Lumbered 265, 266 and 267.
No persons appeared to protest.
On motion of Commissioner Price the above reports were approved by the Board
of Commissioners. Carried.
On motion of Commissioner Price the Board of Commissioners adjourned.

Building Application No, 3090 Dean Herrman & 14-dwest Building Company
Appeal of Dean Iierrman and ulidwest Building Company be allowed to build
a garage six inches from property line (Lot 9, Hlock 2, ,
Kraft Lianor Addition)
Salina, Kansas,asotherwise required by Ordinance No. 5549, be waived on the basis
that such variance from the terms of the ordinance will not be contrary to the
public interest and that substantial justice will be done.
