BE IT REMEMBERED, that on, Friday, tvarch 27, 1953, The Board of Commissioners
met as a Board of Canvassers (ex -officio) as provided by law, to canvass the votes
cast at the Primary Election in Salina, Kansas, March 244 1953•
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Barcafer, the roll was called and Commis-
sioners Barcafer, Price, Ramsey and Wenger responded. Commissioner Cobb and City
Attorney Clark absent.
The returns of the City Election were presented by the City Clerk and
opened by the payor in the presence of the Commissioners assembled, duly canvassed
and the result declared.
On motion of Commissioner Price the City Clerk was instructed: to spread
upon the Journal the result of the canvass which is done as follows:
