AUGUST 29, 1951
Special keeting of the Board of Commissioners August 29, 1951. Meeting was
called to order by payor Ramsey, the roll was called and Commissioners Ramsey, Bar-
cafer and Cobb responded. Commissioners King and Price and City Attorney Clark
absent.
Building Permit Number 3195, for Phillips "66" Petroleum Company, to con-
struct a building at Ninth and Crawford was taken up.
Commissioner Cobb moved that Building Inspector, T. L. Bayne, be authorized
to issue Permit No. 3195, based on fact that ordinance was being changed. Carried.
On motion of Commissioner barcafer the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
