Regular and duly called special meeting of the Board of City Commissioners
at 10:00 o'clock A. M. June 28th, 1951. meeting was called to order by Mayor
Ramsey, the roll was called and Commissioners Ramsey, Barcafer, Cobb, King and
Price responded. City Attorney Clark absent.
Meeting was called for the purpose of considering a resolution for an
amendment to the Grant Agreement from Civil Aeronautics Administration on the
INSAC Building at the Salina Municipal Airport.
A resolution was introduced and passed entitled: "A Resolution Adopting
and Approving the Execution of Amendment to Grant Agreement in Relation to the
Development of the Salina Municipal Airport."
• On motion of Commissioner Piing the resolution w as adopted as read and on
its final adoption the roll was called aryl the following vote was had; Ayes: Ramsey,
Barcafer, Cobb, ping and Price (5) Nays: (0) Mayor approved the Resolution
and it is Numbered 1243.
The above resolution is recorded in full on Pages 299 and 300, Resolution
Book Number 4.
On motion of Commissioner Cobb the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
