Special tLeeting of the Board of Commissioners, called by the payor to
check applications for the position of 1,arshal of City Court, November 30th, 1950
at 7:30 o'clock P. U.
meeting was called to order by Layor King, the roll was called and Commis-
sioners King, Price, Ramsey, Stephenson Lind 1Yebb and City Attorney Clark responded.
Twelve applications were reviewed.
Commissioner Price Trade motion to appoint L. A. Lemon as Larshal of the
City Court, for the unexpired term of L. A. Bartlett, deceased. Carried.
On motion of Commissioner Stephenson the Board of Commissioners adjourned.
